OPERATIONAL METHODOLOGY DESCRIPTION

Our operational methodology follows the below mentioned steps:
  1. The customer fills in the enquiry form with all the necessary information.
  2. We analyze the data and transmit the offer accompanied by the customer’s PI (Personal Identifier).
  3. Should the client accept the offer, we proceed by advancing the payment either by credit card or by bank transfer.
  4. We allocate the project to the most appropriate consultant(s).
  5. We send the project via e-mail while a booklet copy with the invoice is sending to our customer via courier. Should the customer wants to have earlier the invoice in his hands, he needs to send us a request by e-mail quoting his PI.
  6. Customer needs to provide us with feedback.

ANALYSING THE DATA

GDS Coordinators take a responsible position about the thematic project and its data. They take into account the words limit, the deadline date of the project and any attachment files with additional information. After proper analysis they inform you with accuracy about the cost of it as well as about the date that they will have completed it. Subsequently, they transmit the offer with the student’s personal identifier number while waiting for the customer’s acceptance or rejection. The PI number is obligatory and it is settled for each student. In that way tutors are able to find quicker your record. For this reason we strongly advice to quote your GDS Personal Identifier whenever you contact us so as to help us respond to your queries quickly.

GDS International Team

Our GDS International Team is a personalized team centered on the needs of each student. The Team consists of experience Professional Tutors with Master, Bachelor Degrees and PhDs in many different fields. They are located in a highly structured environment and they provide necessary structure relevant to the needs of each project.
Once we have analysed the data of your enquiry form, a consultant responsible for the use of language scans the assignment.
In addition, we allocate a senior tutor of our team for each project who is responsible for the following:

  • Absolute knowledge of the subject of the project.
  • To take an active role and meet your objectives.
  • To provide the appropriate level of structure in the project.
  • To make a periodical progress report about the project.
  • To fulfil the project 3 to 4 days before the deadline date.

Coordination

  • Supervision of tutor's academic progress.

PROGRESS REPORT

It is the duty of the senior tutor of our team, who is responsible for a specific project, to inform and send a weekly progress report of the assignment to the student. These special reports are submitted so as to inform the customers about the development of their project as well as to sweep any doubt about the suitability of our chosen instructors.

SENDING THE PROJECT

After the appropriate coordination of the report by the GDS team and having completed the assignment by the tutor, we send the project via e-mail 3 to 4 days before the deadline date while a booklet copy with the invoice is sending to our customer via courier. Should the customer wants to have earlier the invoice in his hands, he needs to inform the faculty via e-mail quoting his PI. It is only through regular communication with faculty that we can adjust the levels of structure and autonomy to meet your personal needs.

YOU PROVIDE US WITH FEEDBACK

Once you have submitted your project and have taken the grades, we will be pleased to inform us by e-mail. In this way, our personal tutor system will update record cards for each student in order that information about progress is always available.
Furthermore, your feedback will enable us to monitor our consultants and grade them according to their performance so as to continue the excellence in our work. In cases where the feedback is low according to the standards of the company we will issue a refund after the specific process from both the client and the company (Look FAQs).
It is also important for us to know whether you were satisfied with the results or not, so as to improve or change the policy or the structure of our company. It is only through proper communication with the company that we can adjust the levels of structure and meets your personal goals.
